Making submissions to harass and bully other users isn't really tolerated on this site. Usually those offenders get slapped with a ban. I skimmed through the user's artworks and saw that norskbun made porn of other users that claimed that they are minors and another artwork depicting another user committing suicide, so I wouldn't be surprised if the mods escalated this towards account termination.

I suggest that you block that user and refrain from any further interactions. Usually these people take satisfaction in making others frustrated and angry, don't give them that satisfaction.
